The Sansevieria Trifasciata Hahnii, also known as the Bird's Nest Snake Plant, is a petite and stylish houseplant with stunning rosettes of dark green, sword-shaped leaves marked with lighter horizontal stripes. This low-maintenance plant is perfect for desktops, shelves, or small spaces, offering timeless beauty and air-purifying benefits.

Key Features:

Size: Grows up to 6–8 inches tall and wide, making it an excellent choice for compact spaces. Its symmetrical, rosette-like growth pattern creates a striking visual appeal.

Growth: A slow grower, the Trifasciata Hahnii stays compact, maintaining its tidy, bird’s-nest shape over time.

Pet Friendliness:

This plant is not pet-friendly. Its leaves contain saponins, which are toxic to cats, dogs, and other pets if ingested. Ensure this plant is placed out of reach of pets and children.

Care Instructions:

Light: Thrives in a wide range of lighting conditions, from low to bright, indirect light. It tolerates low light but grows best in medium to bright light. Avoid direct sunlight, which may scorch its leaves.

Watering: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. This drought-tolerant plant is highly forgiving but sensitive to overwatering, which can cause root rot.

Humidity: Prefers average indoor humidity levels and doesn’t require additional misting, making it ideal for most home environments.

Temperature: Thrives in temperatures between 16–29°C. Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 10°C.

Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix, such as a cactus or succulent mix, to prevent water retention.

Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Skip feeding during the fall and winter months.

Repotting: Due to its slow growth, repotting is rarely needed, usually every 2–3 years, or when it outgrows its pot.
