Size and Growth:

Height and Spread: The Pilea Peperomioides can grow up to 12-15 inches tall and 12 inches wide, forming a compact, bushy shape.

Growth Rate: Moderate, growing steadily with proper care.

Pet-Friendliness:

This plant is pet friendly.

Care Instructions:

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light, but can tolerate lower light levels. Rotate the plant regularly to ensure even growth, as it tends to lean toward the light.

Watering: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root rot. Allow excess water to drain to prevent soggy soil. It's petioles and leaves will begin to droop if it is thirsty.

Soil: Prefers a well-draining potting mix. A mix designed for houseplants or succulents works well. Ensure the pot has drainage holes.

Temperature: Ideal temperature range is 15-27°C. Protect it from cold drafts or temperatures below 10°C.

Humidity: Adapts well to typical indoor humidity levels but appreciates occasional misting, especially in dry environments.

Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). No fertilization is needed in fall and winter.

Pruning: Remove yellowing or damaged leaves as needed to maintain its neat appearance. Trim back taller stems if the plant becomes leggy.

Propagation: Propagates easily through offsets (baby plants) that grow at the base. Simply separate the pups and replant to grow new Pilea plants.
