Peperomia angulata, commonly known as Beetle Peperomia, is a charming trailing plant admired for its small, almond-shaped green leaves lined with light veins. Its lush foliage cascades gracefully, making it an excellent choice for hanging baskets, shelves, or tabletop displays. Native to Central and South America, this low-maintenance beauty adds a fresh, vibrant touch to any space.

Key Features:

Peperomia Angulata is a compact grower, typically reaching 8–12 inches (20–30 cm) in height with trailing stems that can extend much longer over time. Its dense, bushy habit and trailing nature make it ideal for both small spaces and decorative arrangements.

Pet Friendliness:

This plant is pet-friendly!  It is non-toxic to cats and dogs.

Care Instructions:

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but tolerates medium light. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the leaves.

Watering: Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry between waterings. This semi-succulent Peperomia is prone to root rot if overwatered. Water less in winter.

Humidity: Adapts well to average household humidity but appreciates slightly higher humidity.

Temperature: Thrives in temperatures between 18°C–26°C. Keep away from drafts and cold windows.

Soil: Use a light, well-draining mix such as standard houseplant soil with added perlite.

Fertilizer: Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. Skip feeding in fall and winter.

Pruning: Trim back leggy growth to encourage a fuller plant and maintain shape.

Repotting: Repot every 2–3 years or when the plant becomes root-bound. Choose a pot with good drainage.
