Care Instructions
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate leaves. Suitable for east or north-facing windows.
Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Allow the top inch of soil to dry slightly between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot.
Humidity: Thrives in high humidity environments. Mist occasionally or use a humidifier to maintain optimal moisture levels.
Temperature: Maintain temperatures between 65°F–80°F (18°C–27°C). Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 60°F (15°C).
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix rich in organic matter, such as a mix formulated for tropical plants.
Fertilizer: Feed every 4–6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. Reduce feeding during fall and winter.
Pruning: Remove any yellowing or damaged leaves to encourage new growth and maintain the plant's appearance.
Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years or when the plant becomes root-bound. Choose a pot that is one size larger and ensure it has drainage holes.
