Peace Lily 'Mojito' Variegated

The Peace Lily ‘Mojito’ Variegated (Spathiphyllum ‘Mojito’) is a rare and breathtaking variety of the classic peace lily, known for its unique marbled variegation in shades of green, cream, and white. This elegant and air-purifying plant makes a bold statement with its speckled leaves and occasional white blooms, adding a sophisticated touch to any home or office.

Key Features:

Size: Grows up to 1–3 feet tall and spreads up to 2 feet wide, making it a great choice for medium-sized spaces.

Growth: A moderate grower, with stunning variegated leaves that develop richer patterns with proper care.

Pet Friendliness:

The Peace Lily ‘Mojito’ is not pet-friendly.  It contains calcium oxalates, which can be toxic to cats, dogs, and other pets if ingested. Keep it out of reach of pets and small children.

Care Instructions:

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain its beautiful variegation. It can tolerate lower light but may lose some vibrancy. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Peace lilies are sensitive to overwatering, so ensure proper drainage.

Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity (50% or higher). Mist occasionally, place near a humidifier, or use a pebble tray to boost humidity.

Temperature: Grows best in temperatures between 18–27°C. Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 13°C.

Soil: Use a well-draining, rich potting mix, such as one formulated for tropical plants. A mix of peat, perlite, and compost works well.

Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer) for lush growth and occasional blooms. Reduce feeding in fall and winter.

Pruning: Trim off any yellowing or damaged leaves to keep the plant healthy and vibrant.
